Course Overview
- If you experience a white screen or see the error message ‘Something went wrong’ while using the app, you can try reloading by pressing Ctrl+Shift+R (if you’re using a Windows computer).
If you’re using a Mac, go to View -> Select Reload or Force Reload.
2. If the above method doesn’t work, follow the steps below (this guide applies to cases with a white screen, app freezing on the logo, or showing the ‘Something went wrong’ error):
Step 1: Close the app. If you’re unable to close it, use Task Manager to force close the app.
Step 2: Please proceed to clear the cache files:
- On a Windows machine, open the folder using the following path: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\Hidemium_4
- On a Mac, open the folder using the following path: /Users/{macname}/Library/Application Support/Hidemium_4
Step 3: After deleting these two folders, reopen the app.
