1. Guide to purchasing and creating a profile from a config bought on the Hidemium store

Step 1: In the store, go to the “Config Market” tab

 

Step 2: Choose the config you want to purchase

Step 3: Select the desired package type. There are four options available:

• Trial: This is a trial-priced package with a limited usage period. Once it expires, you will no longer be able to download the config again. Each account can only purchase the trial package for a specific config once. If you wish to continue using the config, you will need to select a different package. Note that when choosing the Trial package, you cannot edit the purchased config, and profiles created from this package cannot be edited.
• Exten: This package comes in two types: with an expiration date and without one. For the Exten package, once it expires, you will need to repurchase it to continue using it. There is no limit to how many times you can purchase this package. For the Exten package, you only need to purchase it once for unlimited usage.
  In both cases, you cannot edit the purchased config, and profiles created from this package are not editable.
• Full: This is a lifetime package. When you purchase the Full package, you can edit the purchased config, and any profiles created from this config are also editable.
• Contact: This is a special package that requires you to contact the seller to gain access. You can only use the config after approval from the seller.

 

Step 4: After selecting the package you want, click the Install button to install the config. Once you confirm the installation, the payment will be deducted from your balance immediately. (If the config is free, you can install and use it right away without any charge.)
If your balance is insufficient, you’ll need to top up your account and then proceed with the installation again.

After clicking the Install button, a popup will appear asking if you really want to purchase the config. The popup will also display the config’s price information.

 

 

Step 5: After clicking the “Yes, install it!” button, please wait until the Success popup appears, then click the OK button.

 

 

You have successfully purchased the config.

Step 6: The config you purchased will appear in the Default Config screen. Here, you will see which package type the config belongs to (Trial, Extended, etc.) and its expiration date.
For configs purchased under the Contact type, the status will be Pending, and you will not be able to use the config immediately. You must contact the seller to get your order approved. Once the seller approves it, you will be able to use the config.

 

Step 7: To create profiles using the newly purchased config, go to the Profiles screen -> click the Quick Create button -> enter the number of profiles you want to create and select the config to create the profiles.
Profiles created from configs purchased with the Trial, Contact, or Extended packages will have a lock icon in front of them, and you will not be able to edit those profiles.

 

Profiles created from purchased configs will also display a lock icon.

 

2. Notes on purchasing and using configs

• When you click to install a config, the payment will be deducted immediately once you confirm the installation.

• When a config expires, you need to go back to the store to reinstall the config.

• Profiles created from configs purchased with the Trial, Exten, or Contact packages cannot be edited or duplicated.

• You also cannot edit configs purchased with the Trial, Exten, or Contact packages.
